Google user data

This section applies to data this Application receives from Google APIs when a User connects a Google account (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Chat and the Google People API), referred to here as “Google user data”.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to run the playbooks the User or their organization has set up in this Application, at the User's direction: the agent reads the Google content a playbook needs, and drafts or sends email only when the playbook instructs it to.

No use for AI or ML model training

Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or ML models. This applies to the Owner and to every provider the Owner uses. Google user data sent to Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI is used only to produce the response for the User's playbook run, and under Google Cloud's terms is not used to train Google's models.

Sharing of Google user data

Google user data is sent to Google's Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI to run the User's playbooks, and to nowhere else. It is stored on the Owner's hosting infrastructure (Google Cloud and MongoDB Atlas) as described below. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and not transferred to any other third party except as necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to Users.

What is stored

  • OAuth tokens. The access and refresh tokens Google issues when the User connects an account. They are stored encrypted at the field level (AES-256), with encryption keys protected by Google Cloud Key Management Service.
  • Tool results in the run workspace. The Google content the agent retrieves during a playbook run (for example an email, a file or a calendar event) is saved in that run's workspace so the agent can work with it.
  • Run history. The record of a playbook run, which can include excerpts of the Google content the agent used, so that the User and their organization can review what the agent did.

How long it is kept

  • OAuth tokens are kept until the User disconnects the Google connection or the account is deleted.
  • Run workspaces, including the tool results saved in them, are deleted within 3 days after the run ends.
  • Run history is kept while the customer's account is active, so the organization can review past runs, and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or of the account being closed.

How to remove Google user data

  • Disconnect the connection in this Application. Disconnecting a Google connection deletes its OAuth tokens immediately, and the agent can no longer access the User's Google account.
  • Revoke access in the Google Account. Users can remove this Application's access at any time from the “Third-party apps and services” page of their Google Account (myaccount.google.com/connections).
  • Ask the Owner to delete it. Users can email support@pumpup.com to have all Google user data the Owner holds about them deleted, including run history. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Cookie Policy

This Application uses Trackers. To learn more, Users may consult the Cookie Policy.
