Vision

Everyone’s first experience of AI is simple Q&A. Next, they bring AI tasks to work through interactively using chat. Personal assistants like Claude and ChatGPT have become the places we explore ideas, build new things, and do novel work.

We believe the next step won’t be just another personal assistant running on someone’s laptop. It will invert the control between people and agents. Agents will live at the company-level, not on a laptop. They will learn what your team needs, complete it in the background, and bring the right people for human judgment.

We think it’s important that this new layer is independent. Companies should hold their own data, own their workflows, and avoid being locked into individual chat assistants or models.

Team

We are serial founders based in San Francisco. We previously built Datapane, which was the most popular way for data teams to share reports across 5,000+ companies, like Peloton, Barclays, and JPMorgan.

Before that, we were the founders of NStack/StackHut, an early serverless platform built on the first versions of Kubernetes, which helped enterprises like HEB, TripAdvisor, and Thermo Fisher, deploy and integrate ML models into their systems.

    Previously was the Co-Founder and CTO of Kivo as part of the Y Combinator S13 batch, and Co-Founder and CEO of Datapane and NStack.

  • Mandeep Gill

    Co-Founder & CTO

    Previously Co-Founder and CTO of Datapane and NStack. Mandeep completed his PhD in CS at Oxford, where his research focused on building programming languages and LLVM-based compilers for high-performance numerical simulation.
