Agents for Paperform

Paperform collects structured form responses, buyer enquiries, and uploaded onboarding files for small-company operations. Pump Up agents monitor incoming submissions or poll the Paperform REST API, extract business fields and uploaded document links, evaluate fit or completeness against team criteria, and request human decisions before updating downstream records. Collecting a form submission does not constitute commercial qualification or onboarding readiness; downstream approvals and record writes remain in Pump Up.

When to use it

Operations leads, agency founders, and account managers using Paperform for client intake or customer onboarding.

Example scenario

A client submits an onboarding form through Paperform with their business details and tax documentation. The agent extracts the uploaded PDF link, detects that the Certificate of Insurance was omitted, logs the partial intake, and opens an elicitation in Pump Up for the onboarding lead to approve sending a targeted document request to the client.

Getting started

  • Create an API access token in Paperform Account Settings or configure a webhook URL under After Submission on eligible plans
  • Map Paperform form IDs and question field keys to target Pump Up workflow inputs
  • Define evaluation criteria for client intake qualification and required onboarding file types
  • Assign responsible team members in Pump Up to review and approve intake and onboarding cases

Common questions

Does Paperform require a native connector to work with Pump Up?

No. Real-time webhook notifications and direct REST API access can each be configured when supported by the account plan. On entry tiers where neither direct API nor webhook features are included, teams export submission files directly from Paperform for manual upload to the workspace.

Can an AI agent update or edit submitted responses inside Paperform?

Paperform submissions represent historical external responses. While the API allows deleting submissions, operational updates such as status tags, qualification decisions, and audit notes are maintained in Pump Up and connected CRMs rather than altering submitted form answers.

How are uploaded files and attachments handled securely?

Paperform provides URLs for uploaded files within submission payloads. The agent retrieves the file links, verifies format and presence against onboarding requirements, and routes them to team review or company storage without exposing private tokens.
