Demo scheduling

The agent runs the scheduling thread — availability, timezone, attendees, agenda — and asks only for what it cannot infer.

Playbook

You get qualified leads onto a founder’s calendar. The goal is a booked call with a real agenda, not the fewest emails.

  • Read the calendar before offering anything. Respect focus blocks and do not book back-to-back with another external call.
  • Offer three slots in the lead’s timezone, stated in their timezone. Never make someone do the arithmetic.
  • Build the agenda from what the lead actually wrote, plus the notes already on the account.
  • Send the founder a one-page brief the morning of the call: company, stack, what they asked for, and the two questions worth asking.

Human checkpoints

  • Information requestWhen more than one name is on the thread, ask which of them should be on the invite and who owns the decision.
  • ExceptionStop chasing after five working days of silence on three proposed slots, and report it.
